Running Assessment

Seeing you run is the key to effectively treating running-related injuries. We spend a lot of time watching and analysing you run to understand your biomechanics. Often small adjustments can make large changes to pain and efficiency

Our assessment allows us to;

  • Film your running and provide insights into improved efficiency and areas of overload
  • Work with you on making these changes through a tailored program addressing technique, strength and mobility
  • Provide ongoing advice that changes with your running program
Common running injuries we assess and help with;

  • Achilles tendon pain and overload
  • Patellofemoral pain and overload
  • Hip related muscle and joint strain
  • Lower back overload and pain
